The fischer renovation anchor VBS-M is a mechanical system for the subsequent, officially approved fastening of facade masonry with and without an air layer. The system consists of a plastic sleeve with a dual expansion zone and a screw made of electro-galvanized steel. The VBS-M is installed in the shell and facade masonry using time-saving through-fixing. The two expansion zones of the anchor ensure secure fastening in both the shell and the facing. Only when the anchor engages in the shell is it fixed in the facade masonry. The fischer renovation anchor VBS-M is particularly suitable for the rapid renovation of cavity walls to which an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is subsequently applied.
