The fischer brick veneer repair anchor VBS-M is a mechanical system for the subsequent, officially approved fastening of brick veneer masonry with and without an air gap. The system consists of a plastic sleeve with a double expansion zone and a screw made of electro-galvanized steel. The VBS-M is installed using time-saving push-through installation in the backing wall and in the brick veneer masonry. The two expansion zones of the anchor create a secure fastening in the backing wall and in the outer leaf. This is because only when the anchor engages in the backing wall is it fixed in the brick veneer masonry.
