SYR Safety Separation Unit STS 5 (Year of manufacture 2023)

The SYR Safety Disconnection Station STS 5 (manufactured 2023) is a compact safety device according to DIN EN 1717, featuring a break tank system and free discharge. It corresponds to the installation type AB defined therein and can therefore be used for protection up to and including fluid category 5. Its purpose is to prevent back-siphonage or backflow of non-potable water into the public drinking water network. The Safety Disconnection Station STS 5 covers a wide range of applications (e.g., in garden irrigation systems, laboratories, animal drinking troughs, car washes, etc.).
The Safety Disconnection Station STS 5 includes all components specified in DIN EN 1717 and is designed as a break tank system with free discharge. Additionally, it is equipped with a pre-filter and a wall bracket.
