SYR Safety Center 4807 with 18-liter Expansion Tank

The 4807 Safety Center is used to secure closed domestic hot water tanks (DHWT) up to a maximum of 560 l content, in accordance with DIN 1988, Part 2; DIN 4753, Part 1; DIN 4807, Part 5 and DIN EN 1488. The 4807 Safety Center contains all components prescribed by DIN 1988 and DIN EN 1488 for the inlet-side equipment of DHWTs. The equipment also includes a flow-through fitting with integrated maintenance shut-off and a flow-through diaphragm expansion tank (DET) with an 18 l nominal volume in a compact form.
The 4807 Safety Center includes a double shut-off, an additional connection for a cold water consumer, a backflow preventer, a safety valve with a stainless steel seat and drain funnel, a flow-through fitting with integrated maintenance shut-off for the DET, and a wall bracket with equalization screw connection. The special design of the group allows installation as an angle or straight-through type in horizontal and vertical pipes. The diaphragm safety valve can be rotated 360° to adapt to different installation conditions. The wall bracket enables safe and time-saving installation. The exchange cartridges (8 + 10 bar) for the safety valve, which are additionally included in the scope of delivery, allow adaptation to different domestic hot water tank volumes and maximum operating pressures. The 4807 Safety Center is sound-tested and meets the requirements of sound protection class 1.
