The House Water Station 2000 Plus is a valve combination consisting of a backflow preventer with a test device and a backwash filter according to DIN EN 13443 with a pressure reducer according to DIN EN 1567 and is specifically designed to simplify the installation of house connections. In addition, the House Water Station 2000 Plus includes a maintenance shut-off in the form of a ball valve. Included in the scope of delivery are an inlet and outlet pressure gauge. This valve combination ensures the correct sequence of valves according to DIN 1988. The integration of components achieves a particularly short overall length, allowing for easy installation even in confined spaces. The square connection surface on the connecting flange allows the valve to be installed in horizontal and vertical pipes. (Vertical installation only in upward flow direction). The House Water Station 2000 Plus can be used within the scope of DIN 4109 (sound insulation in building construction) (Group 1). This also applies to systems with downstream flushometers.
The House Water Station 2000 Plus consists of a demountable backflow preventer integrated into the flange and a mechanically operating, semi-automatic backwash filter. The filter element is made of stainless steel mesh. The pressure reducer insert, factory-set to 4 bar outlet pressure, can be adjusted from 1.5 to 6 bar using the external adjustment knob.
The scope of delivery includes two manometers for pressure control, hexagon socket screws with an assembly wrench, and the gasket for the flange connection equipped with a threaded fitting (soldered fittings on request).
