SpiroVent Superior S250
Fully automatic vacuum degasser for removing dissolved and free gases from system water in closed heating systems (according to EN 12828) and non-condensing cooling systems.
Completely pre-assembled control and hydraulic unit for wall mounting. The entire unit is completely enclosed, thereby protected from contamination and sound-insulated with an easily removable cover.
Degassing in the hydraulic part takes place according to the patented VENTURI-LOOP principle: The vacuum is generated by a controlled Grundfos centrifugal pump in conjunction with a Venturi tube, which ensures very quiet and virtually vibration-free operation. The brass degassing tank, equipped with an inlet nozzle, a level sensor, and a pressure sensor, is connected to the Venturi tube. Process-reliable deaeration via the proven SpiroVent deaeration mechanism with integrated air inlet blockage.
Simple Plug&Play commissioning.
Programmable microprocessor control with real-time clock. Easy visualization of the current operating status via 3 status LEDs (OK, Warning, Error). The display shows function codes for standard values, user settings, warnings, and errors.
Potential-free contact (collective fault) for connection to a BMS.
Two different time-controlled operating modes: High-performance mode (after commissioning) and automatic Eco mode (energy saving). With the Booster function, high-performance mode can be manually (re)activated (after maintenance or prolonged downtime). The activation of the Booster function is factory pre-set annually for week 44. Daily short pump test when the unit is switched off outside the heating season. Degassing and standby times can be freely defined by the user. An adjustable interruption function prevents the degasser from operating on weekends.
Suitable for system water according to VDI2035.
Flexible hoses for system connection and a mounting kit with drilling template are included in the scope of delivery.
