Highly Flexible Stainless Steel Piping

Quick piping system for solar systems, for indoor and outdoor piping. Can be separated into two single lines. 2 corrugated stainless steel pipes including sensor cable 2 x 0.50 mm2 according to VDE 0250 Part 405, pre-insulated with closed-cell rubber, PVC and CFC-free, UV-resistant, suitable for solar systems.
Integrated piping system consisting of:
1. Insulation hose made of EPDM, light, flexible, closed-cell, synthetic rubber, PVC and CFC-free, building material class: B2 according to DIN 4102, continuous temperature resistance up to +150 °C, short-term up to +175 °C (stagnation temperature of collectors), calculated thermal conductivity value at +40 °C lambda R = 0.040 W/mK, at 0 °C lambda = 0.038 W/mK, very good ozone resistance
Heat loss corresponds to that of two individually laid pipes, which are 50% thermally insulated according to the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV).
Fire behavior: Normally flammable (DIN 4102-B2) or Euroclass E according to DIN EN 13501-1
Practical fire behavior:
Self-extinguishing, does not propagate fire, UV-resistant
2. PE protective film, for protecting the insulation, UV-resistant
3. Corrugated stainless steel pipe, material no.: VA 1.4404 / AISI 316L, based on DIN EN ISO 10380, with permissible temperature range: -270 °C to +600 °C
max. pressure at 20 °C
