The SIMPLEX TPE-soft insert (Series 3201) is a thermoplastic elastomer and, with a hardness of approx. 65 Shore A, is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX series. This blue insert is highly shock-absorbing and therefore ideally suited for sensitive work. Compared to conventional rubber mallets, it leaves no unwanted black marks. This special version has a head diameter of 50mm but is installed in a D40mm housing. The oversized striking faces provide maximum protection for careful handling of workpieces with delicate surfaces without the risk of scratching by the housing.
