The SIMPLEX Superplastic insert (series 3207) is a medium-hard insert with a hardness of approx. 65 Shore D. This white plastic insert is made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, it is therefore significantly more wear-resistant and durable. This special version has a head diameter of 50mm, but is installed in a D40mm housing. The oversized striking faces provide maximum protection for careful processing of workpieces with sensitive surfaces without the risk of scratching by the housing.
