The white nylon insert (series 3208) offers outstanding impact properties and guarantees maximum strength with the highest durability. It is made of extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injected plastic inserts, it is thus significantly more wear-resistant and durable and does not splinter even at sub-zero temperatures. It is also oil and grease resistant. The silver soft metal insert (series 3209) is made of aluminum and is hard, heat-resistant, and replaces a classic lead hammer. The malleable cast iron housing has an integrated handle protection sleeve, which ensures high break resistance. The high-quality, vibration-damping, ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double-lacquered in the grip area and thus dirt-resistant. According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and retrofittable. This not only saves money but also resources. This version is available from sizes D30mm to D80mm and as a sledgehammer (3089.081).
