The fischer heavy-duty pipe clamp FRSM - metric is a two-screw pipe clamp made of electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized steel of material grade DD11 with combined connection threads M 8/M 10 or M 12/M 16. The two-screw design allows for optimized adjustment to the pipe's outer diameter. Together with the combined connection thread, this increases flexibility. This allows pipes with an outer diameter of 19 - 508 mm to be securely fastened indoors with a threaded rod or hanger bolt. The pipe clamp, with a chlorine- and silicone-free sound insulation insert, complies with the requirements of DIN 4109. The fischer FRSM - metric is suitable for applications in the temperature range of -50 °C to +110 °C. Marketing Claim: The heavy-duty pipe clamp with sound insulation insert for medium to high loads. Advantages: High tested loads guarantee the reliable function of the FRSM. The connection nut with combined thread M10 / M12 · M12 / M16 or M16 enables optimized inventory management. The perforated clamp band allows fastening with 2 threaded rods from Ø 124 mm, e.g., for fastening cast iron roof drainage pipes. The two-screw design enables optimized adjustment to the pipe's outer diameter. The anti-loss feature of the screws ensures problem-free assembly.
