Reflex Servitec vacuum spray tube degasser for system degassing in closed heating water and cooling circuits, as a fully automatic multifunction unit with auto-stop operation, automatic hydraulic balancing of the degassing process, and monitoring of the refill request. Suitable for water and water/glycol mixtures up to a mixing ratio of 50/50%. Functional unit consisting of a hydraulic part designed for wall mounting and an electronic, ergonomically arranged Control Smart controller with CE mark. Degassing in the hydraulic part takes place by means of a diaphragm pump in conjunction with a vertically arranged brass vacuum spray tube. This is equipped with a vacuum spray nozzle, dip tube degassing, and pressure monitoring. The entire unit is protected from dirt in a housing made of expanded polypropylene with an openable maintenance cover. The Control Smart controller is integrated into a robust plastic housing, which houses both the power and communication electronics and the control panel with a dirt-resistant membrane keyboard. Bluetooth is integrated as a communication interface as standard. The controller features fully automatic microprocessor control with time function, differentiated error and parameter memory, LED display of operating modes and general fault messages, visualization of control states for system pressure, and all relevant operating and fault messages via the Control Smart App using Bluetooth communication. Control Smart enables convenient wireless operation via Bluetooth using an app for smartphones and tablets for iOS and Android operating systems for easy commissioning and visualization of system operation. The following functions are available: automatic setting of time and date, setting and adjusting the minimum operating pressure p0, user-definable and enterable ON times for continuous and interval degassing, free parameterization of weekday and time for interval degassing operating mode including a summer function, status, warning, and fault display for system pressure and operating conditions including diagnostic hints and recommendations for action, automatic software updates. The control unit is completely assembled and wired ready for connection according to VDE regulations, including power cable and plug, and system connections via integrated shut-off valves. Optimized operation with cycles for continuous and interval degassing. Control is via integrated system pressure analysis with automatic interruption and fault message if the operating time and/or number of cycles is exceeded.
