Reflex Servitec vacuum spray tube degasser for system and make-up water degassing in closed heating and cooling circuits, as a fully automatic multifunctional unit with 'auto start' function and automatic hydraulic balancing of the degassing process as well as control and monitoring of the make-up function. Suitable for water and water/glycol mixture media up to a mixing ratio of 50/50%. Functional unit consisting of a hydraulic section designed for wall mounting and an electronic, ergonomically arranged Control Smart control unit with CE mark. In the hydraulic section, degassing takes place by means of a diaphragm pump in conjunction with a vertically arranged brass vacuum spray tube. This is equipped with a vacuum spray nozzle, dip tube degassing, and pressure monitoring. The entire unit is protected from dirt in a housing made of expanded polypropylene with an openable service hood. The Control Smart control unit is integrated into a robust plastic housing, which houses both the power and communication electronics and the control panel with a dirt-insensitive membrane keypad. Bluetooth is integrated as a communication interface as standard. The control unit has fully automatic microprocessor control with a time function, differentiated fault and parameter memory, LED display of operating modes and general fault messages, visualization of control states for system pressure and all relevant operating and fault messages with the Control Smart App via Bluetooth communication. Communication electronics consisting of: -RS485 interface (galvanically isolated) for connecting optional communication components, potential-free output for forwarding the collective message, digital input for signal processing of a contact water meter, analog input for conductivity measurement -Input for make-up function request via external signal. Control Smart works with a Plug & Play function for independent system pressure detection, enabling wireless comfort operation via an app for smartphones and tablets for iOS and Android operating systems for easy commissioning and visualization of system operation. The following functions are available: -Automatic setting of time and date, setting and adjusting the minimum operating pressure p0. Switch-on times for continuous and intermittent degassing can be freely assigned and entered by the user. Free parametrization of weekday and time for intermittent degassing operating mode, including a summer function. Status, warning, and fault display for system pressure and operating conditions, including diagnostic notes and recommendations for action. Automatic software updates. Safety and function-relevant parameters are protected against unauthorized access. Control unit completely assembled and wired ready for connection according to VDE regulations, mains connection cable and mains plug, system connections via integrated shut-off valves. Vacuum spray tube degassing of content, filling, and make-up water in self-optimizing operation with cycles for continuous, intermittent, and make-up degassing. Controlled make-up via a failsafe two-way motorized ball valve. Control is via integrated system pressure evaluation or an external 230 V signal (e.g., from a pressure maintenance station), with automatic interruption and fault message if the operating time and/or the number of cycles is exceeded. Alternatively, make-up can be supplied from an open tank with air gap. Evaluation option for a contact water meter including optionally possible capacity monitoring of ion exchangers in the make-up line.
