Reflex control unit variomat VS 1 1 pump, pressure maintenance/degassing/backwashing

Reflex Variomat control unit, hydraulics, and control module for pressure maintenance, degassing, and refilling in closed heating water and cooling circuits. Built according to DIN EN 12828 and the requirements of VDI 4708 with CE mark. Suitable for use in noise-sensitive areas. Functional unit consisting of a hydraulic section and a Control Basic control and operating unit. Both are ergonomically and maintenance-friendly integrated into a modular floor-standing frame system made of EV 1 anodized aluminum precision profiles and bear the CE mark. Hydraulic section: Pressure is maintained by means of a stainless steel centrifugal pump in conjunction with a robust dirt-resistant motorized ball valve with upstream dirt trap as an overflow device. A safety valve serves to protect the connected Variomat basic vessel VG or expansion vessel VF from overpressure. System pressure is measured by an electronic sensor. Pressure-side system connections are designed as secured shut-off ball valves. All fittings are located on a rotating base plate for more flexible arrangement of the hydraulics. The Control Basic control is integrated into a robust plastic housing, which houses both the power and communication electronics and the control panel with dirt-resistant membrane keypad. Control Basic is a fully automatic, freely parameterizable microprocessor control with real-time clock, differentiated fault and parameter memory, two-line plain text display for system pressure, vessel fill level, and all relevant operating and fault messages, LED display of operating modes, and general fault messages. Communication electronics consisting of: -RS 485 interface as a data interface or for connecting optional communication components -potential-free output for forwarding the collective message -digital input for signal processing of a contact water meter -230V output for connecting level-dependent refilling/degassing stations. Control unit completely assembled and wired ready for connection according to VDE regulations, mains connection cable and mains plug, system connections via integrated shut-off valves. Functionality of pressure maintenance within the limits of +/- 0.2 bar including pump monitoring. Optimized system water degassing by patented fully automatic overflow control with cycles for continuous, interval, and post-run degassing. Controlled refilling, automatic interruption, and fault message if runtime and/or number of cycles are exceeded. Processing of the signal from a contact water meter for maximum quantity limitation and/or for capacity evaluation of ion exchangers located in the refill line. Documentation and control of the overall system regarding the aforementioned parameters.
