Reflex Exdirt Magnetic Dirt and Sludge Separator for heating and cooling water systems or closed liquid-filled system installations. Suitable for water and water/glycol mixtures up to a mixing ratio of 50/50%. Integrated high-energy permanent magnet Easy Clip with clip-on function for quick connection without additional assembly effort on the sludge and dirt separator. High-performance magnet consists of an isostatically pressed neodymium disc, which is inserted into a clip-on sleeve made of TPE. Highly efficient separation and fixation of ferromagnetic particles from the fluid flow directly into the separation chamber by an axially aligned magnetic field. Particles are permanently and specifically removed from the system by simply pulling the clip-on magnet off the separator housing and then cleaning it without interrupting operation. For maintenance work, the clip-on magnet can be removed by simply pulling it off the separator housing. Cleaning and emptying the dirt collection chamber is possible via a separate desludging ball valve without interrupting operation.
