TYROLIT's SUNBURST radial abrasive brushes are the ideal solution for light deburring, cleaning, as well as fine and polishing operations on a variety of materials, especially for hard-to-reach areas. They remove thin layers from most surfaces without damaging the underlying material. Heat and dust generation are minimal. With their shank mounting system, they are immediately ready for use on straight grinders. The sharp abrasive grit, embedded in the thin, flexible bristles, enables a fast and consistent finish. For most applications, the operating speed is between 8,000 and 10,000 rpm. Lower speeds allow for a gentler approach, greater flexibility, and finer results.
