The Compact press jaw set with M contour in nominal sizes 15-18-22-28 mm is ideal for system-compliant pressing of fittings for metallic piping systems. An extended service life of the press jaw and precise pressing is achieved by the special partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. This results in minimized wear within the pressing contour as well as a doubling of the pressing cycles compared to the previous model. The quality of the press jaw over its entire service life is perfected by optimized corrosion protection. With the integration of a 3-bolt synchronization mechanism, opening the press jaw in daily use becomes effortless (One-Finger-Operation). ROTHENBERGER press jaws are made of heavy-duty special steel and are suitable for all ROTHENBERGER pressing machines with a thrust force of 19 kN. DURA LAZR TEC process - Partial laser hardening allows for the highest degree of hardness in highly stressed areas. This leads to minimal wear and reliable contour accuracy.
