An extended service life of the pressing jaw and precise pressing are achieved through the special, partial laser hardening process called DURA LAZR TEC. This results in minimized wear within the pressing contour and a doubling of pressing cycles compared to the previous model. The quality of the pressing jaw is perfected over its entire service life by optimized corrosion protection. With the integration of a 3-bolt synchronous mechanism, opening the pressing jaw in daily use becomes effortless (One-Finger-Operation). Thanks to the use of high-strength special steel, ROTHENBERGER pressing jaws are suitable for all pressing machines with a thrust of 32-34kN. DURA LAZR TEC process - Partial laser hardening enables the highest degree of hardness in highly stressed areas. This leads to minimal wear and high contour accuracy.
