Missel Fire Protection Collar BSM®-KR
For pipe penetrations through walls and ceilings.
Fire protection pipe seal R90 for pipes and sockets of combustible waste water pipes made of PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PB as well as mineral-reinforced plastic (e.g. Conel Drain, Geberit db20, Geberit Silent PP, Ostendorf, POLO-KAL NG, POLO-KAL XS, Rehau Raupiano Plus, Rehau Raupiano Light, Skolan dB, Wavin AS, Wavin SiTech, etc.);
Construction length 110 mm, 4 mm thick insulation material for acoustic decoupling, intumescent material for complete sealing of the pipe penetration in case of fire, fire resistance class R90 according to DIN 4102-11, for installation in solid ceilings, solid walls, and lightweight partition walls.
The execution must comply with ABZ-19.17-2010 of the DIBt or VKF No. 23830. The proper execution must be certified by the contractor upon completion of the work with a confirmation of conformity. Each pipe seal must be permanently marked with the supplied label. The label must be attached to the component next to the pipe seal.
When offering equivalent, alternative products, the following essential product features must be observed and documented in writing to the client by manufacturer's certificates:
- robust, tear-resistant surface to prevent damage during the construction phase, this serves to prevent sound bridges
- lower material thickness for space-saving installation to ensure a clean, visible fire and smoke-tight filling of the component due to the larger intermediate distances from collar to collar.
- simple and quick processing due to tool-free quick-release fastener to reduce processing times.
