R90 fire protection pipe sealing for pipes and sockets of combustible wastewater pipes made of PE, PP, PVC, ABS, PB, as well as mineral-reinforced plastic (e.g., Conel Drain, Geberit db20, Geberit Silent PP, Ostendorf, POLO-KAL NG, POLO-KAL XS, Rehau Raupiano Plus, Rehau Raupiano Light, Skolan dB, Wavin AS, Wavin SiTech, etc.);
Construction length 110 mm, 4 mm thick insulation material for acoustic decoupling, intumescent material for complete sealing of the pipe penetration in case of fire, fire resistance class R90 according to DIN 4102-11, for installation in solid ceilings, solid walls, and lightweight partitions.
The execution must comply with ABZ-19.17-2010 of the DIBt or VKF No. 23830. The proper execution must be certified by the contractor upon completion of the work with a conformity declaration. Each pipe sealing must be permanently marked with the sign included in the scope of delivery. The sign must be attached to the component next to each pipe sealing.
When offering equivalent, alternative products, the following essential product features must be observed and documented to the client in writing by means of manufacturer's certificates:
- robust, tear-resistant surface to prevent damage during the construction phase, this serves to avoid structure-borne sound bridges
- reduced material thickness for space-saving installation, thus ensuring a clean, visible fire and smoke gas-tight filling of the component through the resulting larger intermediate distances from collar to collar.
- easy and fast processing due to tool-free quick-release fastener to reduce processing times.
