Fire protection sleeve, structure-borne sound decoupled
13 mm thick insulation material for structure-borne sound decoupling, open, seam-reinforced sleeve with integrated quick-release fastener, fire resistance class R30, R60, R90, R120 according to DIN 4102-11, max. EI 180 according to DIN EN 1366-3, externally reinforced by a tear-resistant grid fabric film, grid fabric knotted at the intersections. Inside equipped with a sliding film.
The execution must comply with ABP No. P-BWU03-I 17.6.4 MPA Stuttgart, ETA-12/0565, VKF No. 22444, VKF No. 22449 or VKF No. 23617. The contractor must certify proper execution after completion of the work by a declaration of conformity.
When offering equivalent, alternative products, the following essential product features must be observed and documented to the client in writing by manufacturer's certificates:
Robust, tear-resistant surface to prevent damage during the construction phase, which helps avoid structure-borne sound bridges.
Reduced material thickness of 13 mm for space-saving installation, thus ensuring a clean, visible fire and smoke-tight filling of the component due to the larger intermediate distances from sleeve to sleeve.
Simple and quick processing thanks to a tool-free quick-release fastener to reduce processing times.
Inner sliding film to ensure the ability of the sleeves to slide on the pipe for quick assembly and to prevent operating noises.
