Missel Fire Protection Collar BSM®-S
Fire protection collar with acoustic decoupling for steel and copper pipes up to da = 160 mm (DN 150) and plastic pipes up to da = 32 mm (DN 25), application according to the MLAR relaxations;
open, seam-reinforced collar with integrated quick-release fastener, mineral non-combustible special fleece resistant up to 1,100°C according to DIN 4102 Part 1 and Part 17, externally reinforced by a tear-resistant grid fabric film, grid fabric knotted at the intersections. Inside equipped with a sliding film.
The execution must comply with the relaxations of the MLAR, ABP No. P-20170776 MPA Dresden. The proper execution must be certified by the contractor with a declaration of conformity after completion of the work.
When offering equivalent, alternative products, the following essential product features must be observed and documented to the client in writing with manufacturer's proofs:
- robust, tear-resistant surface to prevent damage during the construction phase, which serves to avoid structure-borne sound bridges
- reduced material thickness of 4 mm for space-saving installation, thus ensuring a clean, visible fire and smoke-tight filling of the component due to the larger intermediate distances from collar to collar.
- simple and quick processing due to tool-free quick-release fastener to reduce processing times.
