Missel Fire Protection Collar BSM®-S
Acoustically decoupled fire protection collar for steel and copper pipelines up to da = 160 mm (DN 150) and plastic pipelines up to da = 32 mm (DN 25), application according to the simplifications of the MLAR;
Open, seam-reinforced collar with integrated quick-release fastener, non-combustible mineral special fleece resistant up to 1,100°C according to DIN 4102 Part 1 and Part 17, externally reinforced by a tear-resistant mesh fabric film, mesh fabric knotted at the crossing points. Inside equipped with a sliding film.
The execution must be carried out according to the simplifications of the MLAR, ABP No. P-20170776 MPA Dresden. The contractor must certify the proper execution after completion of the work by a declaration of conformity.
When offering equivalent, alternative products, the following essential product features must be observed and documented to the client in writing by manufacturer's certificates:
- robust, tear-resistant surface to prevent damage during the construction phase, this serves to avoid structure-borne sound bridges
- reduced material thickness of 4 mm for space-saving installation to ensure a clean, visible fire and smoke-tight backfilling of the component due to the larger intermediate distances from collar to collar.
- simple and quick processing due to tool-free quick-release fastener to reduce processing times.
