Impact sound insulation for plastic wastewater pipes, tear-resistant and padded closed sleeve; closed-cell polyethylene foam with wave profile, fiber padding layer made of firmly inter-needled fibers, additionally reinforced with a tear-resistant grid fabric film, grid fabric knotted at the intersections. Airborne sound level in the adjacent room below 22 dB(A) – sound insulation level III according to VDI 4100.
