Kermi x-buffer combi pro with control
Storage system unit for heat pumps
is designed for use in single-family homes
for the simplest, error-free and
quick installation of a
heat pump system. The
integrated x-center pro
heat pump control (for x-change
dynamic pro) convinces with its
high-resolution capacitive 7'
color touch display with intuitive and
simplest menu navigation through
self-explanatory icons and innovative
overview screens. Functions like Smart
Grid, Power to Heat and electronic
heat quantity measurement are also
integrated, as well as the possibility to
integrate other Kermi devices via
Modbus. Without additional accessories, the
x-center pro control is capable of remote maintenance
and the heat pump system can be
controlled remotely via web or with the x-center App.
The enameled domestic hot water tank
is directly foamed and equipped with 3
top connections, the
circulation line can be connected if necessary.
Optionally, a circulation pump incl.
return temperature sensor or a 2nd
mixed heating circuit can be connected to the control
on site. The directly
foamed buffer tank ensures the
minimum volume flow of the heat pump,
guarantees efficient
defrosting operation and serves as a hydraulic
switch to the heating system. The innovative
and flexible piping for the
heating circuit and storage loading
enable short pipe runs in
tight spaces. Already integrated are
the diverting valve, the storage charging
and heating circuit pump as well as one emergency /
auxiliary heater each incl. contactor and
thermostat function for the
domestic hot water (3kW) and the
buffer tank (6kW). All electrical
components are pre-wired ex works,
reducing on-site wiring effort to an absolute
minimum. The continuous and
powder-coated steel sheet housing
(body dark gray DB703, front
white aluminum RAL9006) with robust
plastic handles for easier
installation, provides an
appealing appearance. All maintenance
is carried out from the front, including the 2
magnesium signal anodes with optical
indicator for anode replacement, which can be
replaced quickly and easily from the front.
During cooling operation, the flow /
buffer tank temperature of 18 degrees C
must not be undercut.
