The fischer facade screw FFSII-RT6 with a 60° countersunk head, internal star TX drive, and partial thread is ideal for fastening timber facades, especially those made from hardwoods. For use in hardwoods and painted surfaces, we recommend pre-drilling the screws. The A2 stainless steel screw with a small countersunk head allows for flush installation. This also enables fastening close to edges. The internal star TX drive ensures maximum power transmission with excellent bit stability. The innovative special thread design facilitates screwing. The partial thread allows the formwork to be pulled tight against the substructure. Marketing Claim: The special stainless steel screw for fastening timber facades. Advantages: The 60° countersunk head with under-head milling ribs ensures easy countersinking of the head and provides a visually appealing screw finish. It is optimally suited for concealed fastenings in the tongue-and-groove joint. The extra deep bit recess guarantees a secure hold of the tool in internal star TX drives, which ensures high process reliability during screwing and extends the bit's lifespan. The shank ribs expand the bore hole and significantly reduce the screwing torque. This is particularly energy- and battery-saving, especially for screws with a long shank. The central double thread ensures unimpeded screw progression. This allows for trouble-free fastening close to edges without pre-drilling. The cutting notches in the first third of the thread, combined with the fischer Power Fast high-performance sliding coating, effectively reduce friction, leading to a significantly faster screwing process. The special thread right up to the tip ensures extremely fast biting and thus prevents the screw from wobbling when it is first applied. Top Features: High weather and tannin resistance. Smooth, splinter-free surfaces. Suitable for all types of timber facades. No pre-drilling necessary thanks to cutting notches.
