The fischer PowerFast FPF II-STP BC timber construction screw is a powerful timber construction screw with a stepped countersunk head, internal star drive, and partial thread for structural timber construction. The stepped countersunk head with an internal star TX drive ensures a greater clamping effect and a significantly increased head pull-through resistance. Additionally, the stepped countersunk head can be flush-mounted into the surface. The partial thread allows timber elements to be pulled tightly together. The European Technical Assessment provides an additional guarantee of safety. Thanks to its thread geometry, the PowerFast II can be easily driven in without pre-drilling. The PowerFast II thread extends to the screw tip, ensuring quick engagement. The shank milling ribs reduce driving resistance, thus enabling energy-saving and battery-friendly installation. Marketing Claim: The powerful timber construction screw with a stepped countersunk head, internal star drive, and partial thread. Advantages: The innovative patented core milling cutter geometry enables precise finishing and effective removal of wood dust. This allows for small edge and axial distances, making various timber constructions possible. The screw tip with three ribs ensures quick engagement and pre-drilling. Fast positioning is guaranteed, and splitting is noticeably reduced for the user. The increased thread pitch shortens the driving time, allowing the user to complete projects more efficiently. The high-performance glide coating reduces the driving torque, extending battery life and providing a smooth and even driving feel. The newly designed shank milling ribs are optimally matched to the core milling cutter thread geometry and, in combination, reduce the driving torque. Unlike a normal washer head, the stepped countersunk head can be completely embedded in the wood and does not protrude. This allows a second component to rest flush or be screwed on. Top Features: The innovative patented core milling cutter geometry enables small edge and axial distances. The screw tip with three ribs ensures quick engagement and pre-drilling. The increased thread pitch of the screw significantly reduces driving time. The shank milling ribs, in combination with the core milling cutter geometry, noticeably reduce driving resistance. Unlike a washer head, the stepped countersunk head can be completely embedded in the wood.
