Submersible pump type UNILIFT AP12.40.04.A1 with float switch. Wastewater pump Vertical 1-stage wastewater pump in stainless steel design with vertical discharge port and integrated submersible, fully encapsulated 1-phase motor and built-in thermal protection switch, corresponding to insulation class F. The pump is equipped with an inlet strainer and a float switch for automatic ON-OFF. The pump has a semi-open impeller with a 12 mm free passage and is suitable for pumping surface water, groundwater, and rainwater. The pump features a double shaft seal consisting of a mechanical seal and an oil barrier chamber filled with a harmless special oil. The pump is equipped with a riser pipe, maintenance-free, permanently lubricated rolling bearings, and a cooling jacket, which is flowed through by the pumped medium and permanently cools the motor. The pump can be used stationary or portable. To prevent moisture from entering the stator windings, the power cable is provided with potted cable contacts. In intermittent operation, 20 switching cycles per hour. Mains and float switch cables are pluggable. The glass potting compound in the socket prevents moisture from entering the motor winding.
