The DAB Evosta 3 40/180 is an electronic wet rotor circulator pump for water circulation in residential heating and air conditioning systems. It is the first circulator pump with IPX5 protection. A permanent magnet synchronous motor and inverter electronics automatically adjust performance to system requirements, saving energy and protecting against pressure surges. Easy setup: A sequence button allows you to scroll through the nine operating modes: three proportional pressure, three constant pressure, and three constant curve modes. All models feature a vent plug, an automatic venting function, and allow manual unlocking of the motor shaft. Suction and discharge connections are threaded. Impeller made of technopolymer. Insulation shell included. Pump casing made of cataphorically treated cast iron, motor casing made of stainless steel. The Evosta 3 is equipped with a display that shows the head in meters of the selected curve, the instantaneous power consumption in watts, the instantaneous head, and the instantaneous flow rate. Thanks to the new interchangeable standard plug, the Evosta 3 can also be operated on connections from other manufacturers without rewiring. The included lime scale filter cartridge keeps the motor shaft in perfect condition and prevents the common lime scale buildup that can occur during initial installation due to air bubbles inside the circulator pump.
