The ETA-approved fischer plaster plug FIF-PN is ideal for securely fastening pressure-resistant insulation materials up to 190 mm thick in plastered facades, such as polystyrene boards, wood wool lightweight panels, and PU rigid foam boards, into concrete, solid brick, and perforated brick. The fischer plaster plug FIF-PN consists of a grey plug sleeve with an attached octagonal disc and a plastic nail. The FIF-PN is hammered in, which saves time and money. The integrated impact stop prevents premature spreading and allows for trouble-free installation. The glass-fiber reinforced plastic nail reduces heat transfer and prevents markings on the plaster surface. Marketing Claim: The pre-assembled hammer-in plug with reinforced plastic nail. Advantages: Can be set with just a few hammer blows. Due to the disc thickness of only 2.7 mm, the disc fits optimally into the insulation. This allows for cost-effective, thin reinforcement layers to be applied. Optimized holding forces thanks to the glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) nail. A shallow embedment depth of 35 mm saves drilling time. Thanks to the GRP nail, the plug is free of thermal bridges with a Chi-value of 0.000 [W/K]. The compression zone in the shaft enables precise disc retraction into the insulation. For insulation material thicknesses up to 180 mm. Top Features: Pre-assembled fastener saves time. Hammer-in installation for quick processing. Shallow setting depth reduces drilling effort, saving time and money. No premature spreading thanks to the impact stop. No markings on the plaster surface: Glass-fiber reinforced plastic nail reduces heat transfer. Further technical properties: · ETA approval: Yes · Professional / DIY: Professional · VDS approval: Yes · Max. usable length: 110mm
