The ETA-approved fischer Insulation Anchor FIF-CN II is ideal for securely fastening pressure-resistant insulation materials up to 350 mm thick in plastered facades, such as polystyrene insulation panels, mineral wool panels, wood wool lightweight panels, and cork/coconut panels, into concrete, solid brick, and perforated brick. The insulation anchor consists of a gray anchor sleeve with an attached octagonal plate and a steel-plastic nail. The FIF-CN II is installed with a hammer. The innovative plastic nail with a steel tip allows for high load capacities. Marketing Claim: The pre-assembled hammer-in anchor with an innovative steel-plastic nail. Advantages: The compound nail (steel-plastic combination) minimizes thermal bridging. This prevents anchor marks on the facade. Installs with just a few hammer blows. With a plate thickness of only 2.7 mm, the plate nestles perfectly into the insulation. This allows for cost-effective, thin reinforcing layers to be applied. High holding forces due to the steel tip of the compound nail. A shallow embedment depth of 35 mm saves drilling time. The compression zone in the shaft enables precise plate retraction. For insulation material thicknesses up to 340 mm. Top Features: Fewer anchors per square meter: high load capacity due to innovative plastic nail with steel tip. Hammer-in installation saves time. Shallow embedment depth reduces drilling effort. This saves time and costs. No premature expansion due to impact stop. No marks on the plaster surface: Fiberglass-reinforced plastic nail with steel tip reduces heat transfer. Further technical characteristics: · ETA approval: Yes · Professional / DIY: Professional · VDS approval: Yes · Max. usable length: 310mm
