The ETA-approved fischer FIF-CN II plaster insulation fixing is ideal for securely fastening pressure-resistant insulation materials up to 350 mm thick in plaster facades, such as polystyrene insulation boards, mineral wool boards, wood wool lightweight boards, and cork/coconut boards, into concrete, solid, and perforated brick. The plaster fixing consists of a grey fixing sleeve with an attached octagonal plate and a steel-plastic nail. The FIF-CN II is installed by hammering. The innovative plastic nail with a steel tip allows for high load capacities. Marketing Claim: The pre-assembled hammer-in fixing with innovative steel-plastic nail. Advantages: The compound nail (steel-plastic combination) minimizes thermal bridging, thus preventing marking on the facade. Installs with just a few hammer blows. With a plate thickness of only 2.7 mm, the plate fits optimally into the insulation. This allows for cost-effective, thin reinforcement layers to be applied. High holding forces due to the steel tip of the compound nail. A low embedment depth of 35 mm saves drilling time. The compression zone in the shaft enables precise plate indentation. For insulation thicknesses up to 340 mm. Top Features: Fewer fixings per square meter: high load capacity due to innovative plastic nail with steel tip. Hammer-in installation saves time. Low embedment depth reduces drilling effort, saving time and costs. No premature spreading due to impact stop. No marks on the plaster surface: Fiberglass-reinforced plastic nail with steel tip reduces heat transfer. Further technical properties: · ETA approval: Yes · Professional / DIY: Professional · VDS approval: Yes · Max. usable length: 190mm
