DAB Electronically Controlled Circulator Pump EVOSTA 3 80/180

The DAB Evosta 3 80/180 is an electronic wet rotor circulator pump for water circulation in residential heating and air conditioning systems. It is the first circulator pump with IPX5 protection rating. The permanent magnet synchronous motor and frequency converter electronics automatically adjust performance to system requirements, saving energy and preventing pressure surges. Easy setup: A sequence button allows you to scroll through the nine operating modes: three proportional pressure, three constant pressure, and three constant curve modes. All models feature a bleed plug, an automatic bleeding function, and allow manual unlocking of the motor shaft. Suction and discharge ports are threaded. Impeller made of technopolymer. Insulation housing included. Pump casing made of cataphorically treated cast iron, motor housing made of stainless steel. The Evosta 3 is equipped with a display that shows the head in meters of the selected curve, the instantaneous power consumption in watts, and the instantaneous head and flow rate. Thanks to the new interchangeable standard Evosta 3 connector, the unit can also be operated on connections from other manufacturers without rewiring. The included lime filter cartridge keeps the motor shaft in perfect condition and prevents the common lime scale build-up that can occur during initial installation due to air bubbles inside the circulator pump.
