DAB Electronically Controlled Circulator Pump EVOSTA 3 40/180X

The Evosta 3 40/180X from DAB is an electronic wet rotor circulator pump for water circulation in heating and air conditioning systems in residential buildings. It is the first circulator pump with IPX5 protection. The permanent magnet synchronous motor and frequency inverter electronics automatically adjust performance to system needs, saving energy and protecting against pressure surges. Easy setup: A sequence button allows you to scroll through the nine operating modes: three proportional pressure, three constant pressure, and three constant curve modes. All models feature a vent plug, an automatic deaeration function, and allow for manual unlocking of the motor shaft. Suction and discharge ports are threaded. Impeller made of technopolymer. Insulation shell included. Pump casing made of cataphorically treated cast iron, motor housing made of stainless steel. The Evosta 3 is equipped with a display that shows the head in meters of the selected curve, the instantaneous power consumption in watts, and the instantaneous head and flow rate. Thanks to the new interchangeable standard Evosta 3 plug, the device can also be operated with connections from other manufacturers without new wiring. The included limescale filter cartridge keeps the motor shaft in perfect condition and prevents the common limescale build-up that can occur during initial installation due to air bubbles inside the circulator pump.
