For applications where, due to design constraints (interfering edges, deep recesses), there is very little space for the processing tool, the use of extended nosepieces is recommended. However, this absolutely requires a blind rivet with an extended mandrel. For these applications, the UniversalGrip blind rivet is now available. The UniversalGrip combines the advantages of the PolyGrip with those of an extended mandrel and can be processed with all our extended nosepieces. Area of application: Hard-to-reach riveting points of all kinds, e.g., riveting in profiles, riveting close to component edges.
