Our connectors are made of materials suitable for drinking water hygiene and are therefore ideal for use in drinking water systems.


Technical design:
The connector consists of only three components, allowing for quick and easy installation without special tools.
The support tube, firmly connected to the main body, shapes the plastic pipe into a precisely round form and supports it internally,
i.e., it maintains the internal pressure against the brass clamping ring of the connector. Even under negative pressure, there is no pipe deformation.
Thanks to its special contour, the fixed support tube also provides the sealing function.

Sealing:
No long-term damage due to leaky or porous seals.
The sealing function is provided by the support tube, so no additional seals are necessary. The clamping mechanism, tested and
further developed over decades, in conjunction with the fixed support tube, ensures a long-term tight connection.
The sealing function is independent of the condition of the pipe's outer surface. Therefore, pipe grooves on the outer surface have no impact on the tightness.

Material:
BEULCO connectors are made of thermally stress-relieved brass. All components in contact with drinking water are made of high-quality UBA-compliant material.
The material is suitable for drinking water hygiene and complies with legal requirements (Drinking Water Ordinance, UBA list, GMS list).
The reliable brass material ensures exceptional longevity.
For connectors outside of drinking water applications, dezincification-resistant brass alloy CW602 is used.
