The fischer UltraCut FBS II US R concrete screw with the specially hardened red tip is a powerful anchoring solution for quick installation. The concrete screw with the pre-assembled washer is ideal for outdoor applications or in damp rooms. The European Technical Assessment for cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as for seismic loads and fire suitability for fire resistance class R 120, guarantee an additional plus in safety. The saw-tooth geometry allows for quick and effort-saving installation. No drill hole cleaning is required when installing in ceilings and floors. The expansion-pressure-free anchoring allows for minimal edge and axial distances. Marketing Claim: The high-performance concrete screw for maximum installation comfort outdoors. Advantages: The specially hardened red tip ensures noticeably faster and safer installation. The stainless steel design of the concrete screw ensures very high corrosion protection, making it suitable for use in damp rooms and outdoors. The special saw-tooth geometry allows for quick cutting into concrete. For vertical installation (in ceilings and floors) and when using hollow drill bits, drill hole cleaning is not necessary. When drilling into the floor, drilling must be 3 times the drill diameter deeper. The ETA assessment covers use in cracked concrete, as well as seismic performance categories C1 and C2. The approval-compliant adjustment allows the concrete screw to be loosened twice, and the attached component to be shimmed and/or aligned. Three approved screw-in depths allow for use in a wide variety of applications, thus ensuring great flexibility. The short version with reduced screw-in depth allows for a shallow drill hole depth, quick installation, and fewer rebar hits. The FBS II 6-10 concrete screw made of galvanized steel, multi-coated CP steel, and stainless steel has an ETA for masonry bricks Mz (EN771-1), calcium silicate solid bricks KS (EN771-2), and calcium silicate hollow bricks KSL (EN771-2) for flexible use in various substrates. When installing the FBS II 6-10 concrete screw made of galvanized steel, multi-coated steel, and stainless steel in masonry, it can also be installed between joints and in groups, on plastered masonry substrates. Top Features: The specially hardened red tip ensures noticeably faster and safer installation. The stainless steel design of the concrete screw ensures very high corrosion protection, making it suitable for use in damp rooms and outdoors. The approval-compliant adjustment allows the concrete screw to be loosened twice, and the attached component to be shimmed and/or aligned.
