The fischer concrete screw UltraCut FBS II 6 SK is an anchoring solution made of electro-galvanized steel with a hexagonal drive for flush-to-surface fastening. The UltraCut FBS II 6 SK is ideal for fastening pipes, rails, ventilation ducts, and building services equipment. When the concrete screw is driven into the drill hole with an impact wrench, the thread flanks cut into the concrete, ensuring a form-fit connection and maximum load-bearing capacity. The low drilling effort saves time during multiple fastenings. The European Technical Assessment for cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as for seismic loads and fire resistance class R 120, guarantees an additional plus in safety. Marketing Claim: The high-performance concrete screw for maximum installation convenience. Advantages: The first concrete screw with a diameter of 6 mm and variable embedment depth offers high flexibility and allows for flexible adaptation to loads. The ETA assessment (Option 1) regulates use in cracked and uncracked concrete for the highest safety requirements. The first concrete screw with a diameter of 6 mm and an ETA assessment for seismic performance category C1 for an additional plus in safety. The FBS II 6 is approved for multiple anchoring of non-load-bearing systems, making it ideal for anchoring pipelines and cable trays in prestressed hollow core slabs. For vertical installation (in ceilings and floors), drill hole cleaning is not required. For drilling into floors, drill 3x the drill diameter deeper. The different head shapes offer maximum flexibility and optimal adaptation to a variety of applications. The countersunk head version of the concrete screw allows for flush and aesthetically pleasing installation. The special double angle on the underhead geometry increases the stability of the concrete screw during insertion. The approval-compliant adjustability allows the screw to be loosened twice for a total of 20 mm, shimmed by a maximum of 10 mm, and the attachment to be aligned. The UltraCut FBS II 6 gvz. concrete screw can be used in masonry (solid material). The FBS II 6-10 concrete screw made of electro-galvanized steel, multi-coated steel CP, and stainless steel has an ETA for brick masonry (Mz EN771-1), calcium silicate solid brick (KS EN771-2), and calcium silicate perforated brick (KSL EN771-2) for flexible use in various substrates. When installing the FBS II 6-10 concrete screw made of electro-galvanized steel, multi-coated steel, and stainless steel in masonry, it can also be installed between joints and in groups, on plastered masonry substrates. Top Features: The first concrete screw with a diameter of 6 mm and a variable embedment depth offers high flexibility and allows for millimeter-precise adaptation to loads. The ETA assessment (Option 1) regulates use in cracked and uncracked concrete for the highest safety requirements. The first concrete screw with a diameter of 6 mm and an ETA assessment for seismic performance category C1 for an additional plus in safety.
