The fischer Thermax 8 stand-off installation system is a solution for fixing in external walls without thermal bridges in ETICS. The hanger bolt with the glass fibre reinforced cone drills self-tapping through the plaster into the insulation material. During installation, the hanger bolt is screwed into the universal plug UX and thus securely anchored in the building material. The anti-cold cone on the head of the hanger bolt interrupts the thermal bridge and accommodates the external fixing. The Thermax fastens light loads such as lights, mailboxes or lightning conductors in concrete, aerated concrete and masonry made of perforated and solid brick.
