The fischer Thermax 8 stand-off installation system is a solution for fixing into exterior walls without thermal bridges in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS). The hanger bolt with the fiberglass-reinforced cone drills self-tapping through the plaster into the insulation material. During installation, the hanger bolt is screwed into the UX universal plug, thus anchoring securely in the building material. The anti-cold cone at the head of the hanger bolt interrupts the thermal bridge and accommodates the exterior fixture. The Thermax fastens light loads such as lights, mailboxes, or lightning conductors in concrete, aerated concrete, and perforated and solid brick masonry.
